Soviet sailors moving torpedoes on dollies, across a sandy air strip, where Ilyushin IL-4 torpedo bombers are parked, during World War 2. Several soviet officers converse. Munitions crews are seen loading a torpedo underneath one of the aircraft. The aircrew arrives at the aircraft and two are seen putting on backpack parachutes and helmets, as they board.
