An officer stands near the Sherman tank and speaks about the activities of the tank crew who are preparing the tank to fire. The activities of the crew include closing of hatches by the driver and the gunner and getting inside the tank, the setting up of a periscope and checking of a machine gun, the adjustment of a stabilizer with a gun and the inspection of ammunition by the loader and raising of the periscope.
