A U.S. Navy training film about the prevention and cure of plague in Africa. An ambulance arrives at the entrance of U.S. Army 93rd station hospital and an officer gets off and checks his shoes for plague causing fleas. Sailors are lined up to get vaccinations to prevent occurrence of plague. Natives on a street. Natives suffering plague being loaded aboard a truck. They enter a building where they are kept for observation and to ensure spread of plague. Plague patients take off clothes and take a shower to wash off fleas.
