He is relaxed and sitting in a chair quietly listening to a Committee conversation (unseen). Change of scene shows reporter from Television station KTTV interviewing Committee member, Donald L. Jackson. Scene shifts to Committee Chairman, Wood, smiling as he speaks before taking his chair as Committee Chairman. A large American flag forms the backdrop. Chairman Wood settles into his chair.
