U.S. Army Lieutenant General Omar Bradley prepares to meet members of the Congressional House Military Affairs Committee upon their visit to Headquarters of the 12th Army Group Tactical Air Command, in Luxembourg, during World War 2. A staff car stops,on Place de la Gare. The Hotel Clesse is seen in the background. General Bradley defers to Ambassador Charles W. Sawyer, who is smoking a cigarette. Sawyer enters the car, followed by Bradley. (another man is already in the back seat.) The car drives along a boulevard lined with tram tracks.
