Camera focuses on two senior officers of the Third Infantry Division sitting with the troops. On the right is Major General Haydon L. Boatner, who assumed Command of the 3rd Division in December 1954. Rank insignia of the officer to his right is not discernible in the images. The next scene shows a woman dancer performing as another woman plays an accordion. Another view of the vast audience, with senior officers seated in the front row.

Two Korean refugee boys stand side by side as one child eats bread. Next scene is again at the United Nations. Empty seat of representative of the Soviet Union is shown. U.S. Ambassador to the UN, Warren Austin, speaks and asks that the UN members vote to to assist South Korea, repel the armed attack by North Korea, and bring peace. Camera shows Security Council delegates voting, as 7 out of 8 representatives raise their hands in acceptance.
