The snake charmer plays tricks with the snakes.
Working Committee of Muslim League meets in India. Nawabzada Liaquat Ali Khan opens the session and addresses the other members. He reads a document. Sir Sikander Hyat-Khan, Premier Punjab, reviews documents as he smokes cigarette. Mohammad Ali Jinnah, President of Muslim League seated at table presides and addresses the meeting.
