The rocket strikes and destroys its target in sea. A Rapid Fire launcher launches continued rockets. A landing craft of the United States Navy has rockets launched from its deck by rocket launchers.
Colonel Juan Domingo Peron takes charge as the new President of Argentina in an official ceremony at Buenos Aires in Argentina. Previous President Edelmiro Farrell congratulates him. The First Lady Eva “Evita” Peron witnesses the ceremony. Peron and other dignitaries walk out of a hall and review a parade of Argentine troopers. A huge crowd waits outside the hall for the new President.
World's largest aircraft with eight motors moved out of its hangar in California. Aircraft dragged out on a cart. Linemen cut electricity wires to clear the way for its movement. Wings of the plane each with four engines are covered. Trucks drag the body and the wings of this plane to a sea shore for assembling.
Council of Foreign Ministers of France, Britain, Russia and the United States at a meeting at Luxembourg Palace in Paris, France. The Foreign Ministers Georges Bidault of France, Ernest Bevin British Secretory of Foreign Affairs, Russian Vyacheslav Molotov and Foreign Secretory of United States James F.
