President Nixon says that lack of energy supplies would bring temporary shortages in fuel supplies and some increase in fuel prices. He says that if energy resources were properly developed they could fulfill American energy requirements for centuries. He says that his administration was going to end quantitative controls on oil imports and establish a national energy office in the United States. He talks about increasing the ability of the United States to prevent oil spills. The President proposes that the Congress should remove government regulations which discouraged the growth of domestic natural gas industry. Secondly, the Congress should help to establish research and ground work for developing new forms of energy for a long range future (alternate sources of energy). Thirdly, the Congress should permit the licensing of new deep water ports to open the way for long delayed Alaska oil pipeline.

Following review of First Marine Division and awarding them a Presidential Unit Citation, President Nixon mingles with U.S. Marine Commandant, General Chapman and other officers. Then, he and his daughter, Tricia, make their way to an open car waiting at edge of grass.They enter the car and wave. General Chapman salutes, and Nixon turns and shakes his hand. The car then moves ahead as President Nixon stands and waves to spectators. Enthusiastic spectators surround the car and make driving difficult. Secret Service agents try to keep people away from the moving car. Marines ot the First Division run to see the President up close. President Nixon seems to be enjoying the show of enthusiasm, as Marines and Secret Service personnel form a cordon around the President's car.

The wedding of Frime Chaye Rivke, daughter of Rabbi Chaim Elazar, of Munkács, to Baruch Rabinovich, on March 15, 1933. Jewish men ride decorated bicycles along a street. They wear sashes containing Jewish blessings. They are surrounded by crowds and followed by other men on bicycles. A horse-drawn carriage moves through the crowd, carrying Jewish Rabbis, and elders and escorted by walking policemen and followed by men carrying banners in Yiddish. The procession and crowd goes toward a wedding pavillion set up in courtyard of the Synagogue. Policemen work to control the crowd. Rabbi Chaim Elazar speaks to the crowd, in Yiddish, exhorting Jews in America to keep the Sabbath. The crowd mills around as several persons make their way through the gates of the courtyard, being protected by police.The wedding party proceeds through Synagogue grounds to the wedding canopy, where Cantor Mordekhai Salomon sings and a Klezmer band plays. Reportedly, over 20,000 guests attended the wedding from all over Europe and the U.S.
