Allied armies face rain and storm. General Eisenhower gets into army jeep with officers. Soldier salutes him and gives hand signals for vehicles to pass by. General Eisenhower reviews soldiers and inspects a unit of the 29th Infantry Division. Army vehicles drive past a flooded highway affecting the 3rd and 7th army routes on their drives to Metz and Strasbourg. The flooded Moselle River (or Mosel) expanded from 50 to 1500 yards. Soldiers drag a plane to shore that brings medical supplies. The 90th Infantry Division troops cross Moselle River in assault boats. Soldiers construct a raft. Tank moves in heavy waters. Wrecker of a tank battalion overturned in an irrigation ditch along with a 2.5 ton truck. Truck towed from ditch. Damaged buildings and broken bridge.
