Children in sailor uniforms ride on carousel, ferris wheel, ponies, and other amusements during a fair in Havana, Cuba. A double amputee without lower arms demonstrates his agility. Fulgencio Batista, in the uniform of a Brigadier, assists his wife Elisa, distributing fruits,food packets, and toys to small children, at a table. Small children dressed in sailor outfits come in line to collect the gifts. Boys in sailor uniforms (Sea Scouts?) parade. Batista and his wife appear in a makeshift reviewing stand with other officials, watching the parade. Men dressed in various costumes, as cock, joker, gorilla, and other costumes, plus one on stilts, also parade. View of the gift line, again, where Batista and his wife are now joined by several military officers and two more ladies. Girls line up and clap showing their gifts.
