Unidentified Ethiopian Military flying officer stands near an airplane in a hangar in Ethiopia. He discusses something with ground crewmen. Others cover the airplane. Another Ethiopian officer turns and approaches the camera. He appears to be John C. Robinson (also called "The Brown Condor"), a native of Mississippi who volunteered to command the Ethiopian Air Force during the Second Italo-Abyssinian War. Several airplanes of the Ethiopian Air Force are seen in the hangar. At the very end of the clip is a brief, closeup view of Mishka Babitchef. Of Russian descent, Babitchef was the first Ethiopian pilot and he organized the Ethiopian Air Force circa 1929-1930.
