Crowds line roadway outside Market Hall in Dallas, awaiting arrival of President Kennedy's motorcade. A policeman controls the crowd. Men stand in a group and talk. One man carries a poster saying: "Yankee go home". Cars parked in the background. A girl and a woman hold welcoming posters, reading "Welcome President Kennedy" and "Yea, JFK". A man holds a poster which reads ' Hail Ceasar'. He marches along the road. His lips are sealed with white tape. Suddenly, a man in the crowd, who appears to have a small radio talks with others nearby, who appear very distressed at what they hear.
Word of the shooting spreads rapidly. One woman begins to cry. The
crowd starts to disperse.
