Crew and officers in hangar bay. CDR (Commander) Racette at podium, call ship's company to attention. CDR Racette salutes as new skipper arrives. Speaker's stand shows CDR Reigner and Chaplain Corps reading invocation. VADM (Vice Admiral) Ekstrom addresses the guests from the podium. Guests and Crew assembled in the background at the hangar bay. Captain Walker reads his orders from the podium. Captain Vejtasa reads his orders as Captain Walker stands by directly off to side. He completes his orders. Captain Vejtasa turns around and salutes Captain Walker. Two Captains then shake hands as Captain Walker is relieved of command.
