Pilot in the cockpit of aircraft, canopy open aboard USS Constellation in North Vietnam. Man in brown shirt attaches power hose to side of aircraft, raises his right hand and works around nose wheel of aircraft. Tie down chains removed. A-4C plane taxis slowly off to left. A-4C plane launched from first catapult. RA-5C plane on second catapult. Group of flight deck personnel in center part of deck. Men in brown shirts relax and talk after the launching. Group of A-4Cs in "V" formation and fly-by. A- 4C plane making a recovery. An ordnance man approaches up the deck with a bomb, on a bomb cart. Nose of an A-4C plane directly above his head.
