United States B-24 bomber aircraft flies over Bagkok in Siam ,now Thailand,where river Chao Pharaya passes across the city. Aircraft drops two bombs on both sides of the Rama VI bridge which links the eastern and western banks of the river. Bombs impact and smoke rises. City is engulfed in a sheet of thick smoke. Aircraft flies over the city. B-24 drops two more bombs close to the first two targets. Bombs impact and smoke rises upwards.
