Group of French and American military men, along with a few civilians, at railway station in Montana. Several stand in the doorway of the railroad cars. Military decorations are seen on some of their uniforms. French General Ferdinand Foch stands near a grove of trees with his French and American entourage. Two women school teachers bring a group of children by to see and greet the General. Two Crow tribe Native American Indians greet the General and make gifts of their feather headdress and other regalia items. A group of Crow Indians is assembled to welcome the General. Crow Indian Chief,Plenty Coups poses for a photograph next to General Foch. A Crow Indian woman shows her baby in a papoose on her back. General Foch and his party reboard their train and proceed on their way, again. A view of the railway track. Snow on the ground.
