They load the camera in the nose of an aircraft to conduct a series of tests. The camera is mounted in the nose of the plane. The plane takes off and is in reconnaissance flight over positions. The camera takes pictures of targets and transmits them to a control room view as the pictures appearing on a television screen show a dock area on the Potomac River, a powerhouse, and the Capitol building.
