In his speech he makes the following remarks, 'American must head in the direction of a greater satisfaction in life for the average man. Democracy must find solutions for far-reaching problems. Tenant farmers could be provided with some financial assistance, advice and training, to make them self-supporting on land which can eventually belong to them. Social security system needs to be developed. Immediate industrial and commercial activity does not justify the unemployment problem'.
