U.S. Chief of Naval operations, Admiral King, and U.S. Army Chief of Staff , General George C. Marshall, take part in academic procession with Sir John Dill, and are seated on the stage during the presentation. Sir John speaks, followed by General Marshall, who remarks about the accord between American and British Forces.
