The demonstration is an appeal by the general public and newspapers to set up a better form of education system. A group of people carries banners and signs. The group is to present the signed document to the Ministry of Education requesting to stop the dismissal of teachers as it will affect qualitative education and do what the Potsdam Treaty slated. A man reads out from the document. Increase in wages is demanded by the Educational Group. The Group further demands that the Ministry should give food so that students and teachers will come to school.
