USAF Strategic Air Command (SAC) make preparation for operations in the United States during the Vietnam War. General Bruce K. Holloway, Commander-in-Chief of the SAC, comes out from a building of 'Young Tiger Operations' and gets into a car for his annual visit. The General inspects the equipment. Tankers and fuel mechanized tank drive on a road. An officer enters into the van, and operates the remote control and monitoring instruments. Recovery team works on an aircraft. USAF aircraft take off. The pilot and copilot in the cockpit, operate the control panel. Views of the aircraft in flight, enroute to Vietnam.
