"Kabuki-Za" Theater (specialized in Japanese traditional kabukis) in Ginza Higashi, Kyobashi-Ward (current Chuo-Ward, Tokyo, Japan. Japanese crowd arrive at "Kabuki-Za" Theater. In the backstage, Ichikawa Danjyuro XI (famous kabuki performer,1909-1965) is reading play scripts of today's musical program called "Kagami-zishi" and a female impersonator (Danjyuro XI) is getting ready in front of the mirror. The stage curtain rises. The audience seated. Singers with traditional kabuki band starts playing and singing kabuki music on the stage. Danjyuro XI performs a kabuki dance as a female impersonator . Kabuki perfomers (consist of only males) dressed in costumes perform dance.
