A training film in the United States on tactical operations of U.S. Air Force UH-1 Iroquois helicopters. Helicopters parked on a field. Crew members seated near the helicopters. Flying techniques for exfiltration are the same as are used during infiltration. Men standing near a jeep parked on the field. They discuss. The ground team operating in the enemy territory reports to them. The helicopters take off. Men locate a landing zone on a map. A gunner fires from a helicopter. A patrol team contacts them and reports about their activities. They fire guns. Gun ships are launched and are directed to the area by a Forward Air Controller. Aerial view of gun ships in flight. Smoke rises due to firing by the gun ships. They attempt to suppress the enemy fire with mini guns and rockets. A second set of gunships is launched to replace the first one. They fire guns. The patrol team reports that there is no further firing by the enemy. They call the helicopters to recover and extricate the team. The helicopters in flight over the area. The ground crew is taken aboard with the help of ropes and ladders. All aircraft return to their base for refueling and rearming after the completion of the mission.
