They force their way into the Mayor's chamber at City Hall. A notice stating 'Information for Andersonians is read out to the Council officials. The Mayor, Police Chief and other officials are arrested at gunpoint. The 'Fifth Columnists' seize money from an official. The Council officials are led out of the City Hall amidst armed 'Fifth Columnists'. They are taken to a camp for imprisonment with other civilians. The captors with a canon in the foreground as the prisoners watch from an enclosure. (World War II period).
