As their names are called, soldiers come forward to receive awards from Marshal Antonescu, as German General Erich von Manstein stands behind him. Marshal Antonescu and General von Manstein salute as they review marching Romanian troops, while a German military band plays. Antonescu strolls with high ranking German officers, and then makes more award presentations to Mountain troops. (World War II period).

He stands on a low platform and makes the presentations to soldiers who come forward as their names are called. German General von Manstein stands with the Marshal during the presentations. They salute as Romanian troops march past in review.
