U.S. Vice President Henry Wallace visits China during World War II. Generalissimo of the Nationalistic Government of the Republic of China Chiang Kai-shek in Chungking (Chongqing) to greet the U.S. Vice President. An aircraft lands and Henry Wallace disembarks from it. He is greeted by dignitaries. At a Red Cross Service Men's Club, he is greeted by Red Cross workers.
