French Marshal Joseph Joffre and associate, at the Compiègne train station, in France, awaiting arrival of French War Minister Millerand and British War Minister, Lord Herbert Kitchener (1st Earl Kitchener). General Joffre and his deputy General Casteinau, meet and escort them upon arrival.
