Trubee Davison; Air Corps Chief General Patrick, and others. Artillery salute is fired at the ceremony. Squdrons of airplanes fly overhead.

It has tandem mounted engines (two 525hp Wright R-1750 Cyclone tractor-pushers in tandem) and could carry 10 passengers. Pilot comes out of the cockpit through stairs.
