Next a male lion is seen racing through deep grassland toward the camera. As he gets quite close he is shot and falls. Views of Eastman and Osa Johnson examining the fallen lion while surrounded by seated native tribesmen with with spears and shields. The tribesmen rhythmically raise and lower their spears in unison. A rhinoceros is also seen shot down as it charges. The hunting party stands around the fallen animal.
