German forces take over Krakow, Poland and install German guards at grave of Jozef Pilsudski

Aerial view flying over Krakow, Poland following the invasion of the city by German troops during World War II. Out the window, a German Junkers Ju 52-3mg7e airplane is visible flying just ahead. The camera operator pans to show the pilot of their own plane. Aerial views of Krakow show the Tadeusz Kościuszko mound as well as the outskirts of Krakow. On the ground, German army soldiers march through the streets of Krakow. A military vehicle drives alongside them. Polish civilians, including a man with a bicycle, look on at the troops from a corner. The Kościuszko mound is shown from just outside its gates. The exterior of Wawel Cathedral, the burial place of Jozef Pilsudski, is shown. A "German guard of honor" for Pilsudski takes position outside the cathedral. Inside the crypt, gates open to show the coffin of Pilsudski as well as a large crest with a crossed sword and rifle and the Polish eagle.
