Sultan Yusef (Proposed Caliph during unrealized Morrocan Caliphate supported by France in WWI and Arab Revolt period) is seen astride a horse and surrounded by attendants. Sultan Yusef is greeted by a large group of men who bow to him and then sit on the ground in front of him. A simple mosque tower seen in background. Several musicians play instruments in one section of the gathering. Camera pans across the attendees, Next sequence shows a series of Moroccan cavalry charges in which Moroccan soldiers fire rifles, in demonstrations for the gathering.
