Four sailors carrying injured sailor on stretcher, across the deck. Crews directing water hoses into gaping hole in flight deck where the forward elevator used to be before it was blown out of the ship by the explosion of the Kamikaze's bomb. (Note: As a result of this attack, the USS Enterprise was forced out of service for the remaining 3 months of the war.)
