Queen Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother) visits Versailles in France. Her Rolls Royce Phantom car pulls up to the entrance of the Versailles palace. A man opens her car doors and moves aside. A uniformed officer holds the door and salutes, as the Queen Mother steps from the car and is greeted by a bearded gentleman in a turban, and French diplomats. She greets people in the receiving line and then enters the palace. Many press reporters and photographers follow. Later, the Queen Mother arrives by car, again, this time, dressed for dinner, wearing a triple pearl necklace. She is greeted cordially and escorted by a diplomat.
