Lieutenant General Walter Krueger, Commander, U.S. Sixth Army, on inspection tour of 1st Cavalry Division units training at Camp Strathpine, Queensland, Australia. He inspects wing of a glider, with skin open to reveal the internal structure. Next, accompanied by Major General Innis P. Swift, the Division Commander, he is briefed by an officer in a dugout. The Generals then walk through a campsite of tents, where a local commander (Colonel) accompanies General Krueger as he closely inspects the site and tents. Krueger emerging from a tent. General Swift heads to a car, and stands by it, as Krueger lingers to talk with local commanders. Next, Krueger is seen accompanied by a very tall Brigadier General, walking among tents.
