A parachute glides down with a Doctor carrying emergency medical supply. A dog team searches for the soldier. The soldier is found and given medical care. The dog team and men face many obstacles. The team crosses a ravine by rigging rapelling lines. A sled dog is attached to the line and lowered to the waiting team where he is uncoupled from harness. The sled with the pilot is lowered in similar fashion. (World War II period).
