Upon arrival at the Wies church grounds, the athletes stop at a souvenir stand on their way along the path to the church. They proceed to the church, itself, and enter as several other visitors are leaving. Another group of visitors, behind them, surrounds the souvenir stand. They board their bus after visiting Pilgrimage Church of Wies in Weilheim-Schongau, Germany. View out the bus window of typical Bavarian mountains and forests, as they speed along an autobahn. Camera focuses on several, singly, and in conversation with others. The road takes them in more rural areas of fields, farms, and woods, and eventually into a more built-up neighborhood of substantial traditional Bavarian homes, inns, hotels, and businesses.
