Final sequence shows local Armenian people going about their ordinary activities. Some walk along a dirt road, next to masonry buildings. A man and woman sit in the shade of a stone wall, with a young child seen crouched between them.

The local populace and Armenian officials line a mountain road to greet members of the U.S. Military Mission to Turkey and Armenia, as they approach Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Mayor of the city, Mkrtich Mousinyants (Mkrtich Mussinyants) poses with military officers and other officials, as they are filmed by the Mission's cameraman. U.S. Major General James G. Harbord, Head of the Military Mission, and his staff, are seen walking along the mountain road, past spectators. (Some spectators stand on ramparts of Imposing old forts in the background.) Mayor Mousinyants, followed by military officers, walks up to meet Harbord and mission members. He converses with General Harbord. The scene changes to Harbord and staff in their car, driving along the mountain road, with spectators looking down from above. Several mounted cavalrymen carrying the Armenian and American flags escort General Harbord's car as it drives into Yerevan.

The post-war American Military Mission to Turkey and Armenia arriving in the Armenian capital city of Yerevan. The Mission head, Major General James G. Harbord, and members of his staff, walk down a main street, into the city, accompanied by the Mayor of Yerevan, Mkrtich Mousinyants (Mkrtich Mussinyants) and other dignitaries. Armenian soldiers line the side of the roadway. Scene shifts to the Mayor, standing with General Harbord and staff, as they review a contingent of Armenian soldiers marching past in close order formation.
