Crew prepare and push the plane towards the ramp, and then slide the plane off the ramp into the water. The woman stands back and watches as the plane taxis in the water and takes off. President Dwight D Eisenhower visits Spain. Honor Guard and dignitaries at the Torrejon Air Force Base in Madrid. Spanish Officers and dignitaries arrive and walk past the Honor Guard. The President's plane taxis on the runway after the landing at the Air Force Base. The aircraft taxis to the parking area. President Eisenhower debarks the aircraft and is greeted by General Francisco Franco. The President stands on the speaker's platform. He reviews the Spanish troops.

The chopper parks in front of the President's plane. General Franco and Eisenhower halt before a large group. The President bows his head during the salute. United States and Spanish troops lined up. President Eisenhower gives a farewell speech at the AFB. A large crowd of Spanish officers surround the President. The president stands at the top of the ramp to the aircraft waving to the large crowd as he prepares to leaves. He dons his hat and steps into the plane. The plane taking off and airborne.
