A United States Marshal Van arrives at the U.S. Courthouse in Foley Square, New York City. Officials follow it into driveway under the building. Two men are seen in photographers flash,entering the building, covering their faces and handcuffed together. Officials, later, escort them back out of the building, Two more men are brought out of the building. One has his face covered with a cloth and another has his face covered by a newspaper.
