A sailor approaches, salutes, and presents a document on a clip board which the Admiral signs. The sailor salutes and leaves. Several closeups of Admiral Mitchner looking through binoculars. Captain Burke joins him again and they converse. The sailor, seen earlier, arrives with another document on a clipboard, which the Admiral also signs. The sailor salutes and departs.
