Man throws large power switch and lights go out. New edition of the "Anderson Daily Mail" newspaper is seen rolling off the presses, under guard by armed men. Newspaper headline is "Clemsonia Captures Anderson". Numerous articles are blacked-out and labeled "censored." Article is seen entitled "It Can Happen Here. In Fact it Did."
U.S. Army Soldiers load a 155mm howitzer. Visiting Latin American officers from Chile, Columbia and Brazil, and several other nations, each take turns giving command for firing the 155mm howitzer, while the others watch. Afterwards, the visiting officers gather around U.S. Army Brigadier General Allen as he describes the gun and points out its features. The battery continues firing several rounds, which are seen exploding in the target field. (World War II period).

The Armory building constructed with salvage material and federal funds through the Works Progress Administration (WPA) during the Great Depression. 'OHIO' can be seen carved on the top center of the building. Marines and Navy reserve sailors lined up for inspection by senior officers.
