Russell states that he does not think the Civil Rights Act should pass without many additional amendments and says "we are not yet ready to surrender in our opposition to this bill, which we feel is a perversion of the American way of life, and a great blow at the right of dominion over private property, that has been the genesis of our greatness."

An investigator opens the door of the closet and looks inside. He searches the wardrobe thoroughly but does not find the secret door. Bottles of alcoholic beverages in a store room and displayed behind the bar in the hidden Speakeasy. A sign reads 'Open Sundays'. Agents force their way into the building housing the Speakeasy. They climb up stairs to the room with clothes closet, but find nothing. Other agents decent into the basement, but find nothing and come up again..
