Injured being rescued from the wrecked building by soldiers as smoke rises from it. Tightened security as British soldiers search Jewish people thoroughly on the streets, beside razor wire in a street. Scene changes to the harbor in Dubuque, France, where 4500 Jewish refugees and displaced persons on board the ship "Runnymede Park," bound for Palestine, are seen looking outward from the ship deck while it remains at port awaiting orders. The ship refused docking in France, and is being supplied with food by small boat, and only the sick and injured on the ship are brought to shore for treatment.
