Everyone and everything comes to a halt, as Hitler and his entourage drive into the factory grounds in an open car, to the cheers and salutes of the assembled work force. Hitler exits the car and mingles with the workers.

Pacification of a region Southeast of Phy-Ly, Indochina. The operation takes place on an island bordered on one side by the Red River and on the other by the old river bed called 'Faux Canal'. The island is occupied by Viet Minh forces. Soldiers make their way amidst heavy fire. Smoke from explosions all around. Americans gather around the open rear doors of the aircraft as troops exit. A group are getting refreshments from volunteers at the hangar canteen.
