Natives of the Philippines. Ifugao troops who are expert marksman are seen lined up on a field. The Filipino soldiers drill with rifles and march across the field. Closing slate at end of film states "We have given these headhunters the first government they ever knew; materially stopped the head hunting; destroyed thier plagues and diseases; established schools among them and are transforming their entire life."

The crew assembled in uniforms, wearing patent leather shoes taken from a captured ship. The SS Crown Prince Wilhelm is interned in the then neutral USA during WWI.

King Gustaf V, wearing a very thick coat and a cocked hat, and Queen Victoria alight from the carriage, with valets assisting the royal couple. The King and Queen of Sweden shakes hands with Royal Guards. The Queen walks with her husband to the port to launch a warship, based on porthole count and arrangement on stern, possibly HSwMS Sverige or HSwMS Drottning Victoria, both of which launched from Gothenburg. These were Swedish Sverige-class coastal defence ship (Pansarskepp) vessels.
