A Federal marshal ascends a ramp leading to deck of the Colombian ship, "Cueuta," docked in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He presents some papers to the Captain, who reads and returns them. The marshal then fastens a padlock together with the papers, to the gate of the ships railing, and departs. Brief View aboard the ship, with Colombian flag flying at her stern. (The padlocking was pending settlement of a claim for back pay by a former member of the crew.)
