He says that the Prince of Wales is one of the strongest ships. Of the two cruises of the ship, on the second cruise, the crew met the President of the U.S. who plays an important role in molding the future of the civilization. He is happy that they had good weather and had sunshine for church services. The Prime Minister thanks the Captain, all officers and staff of the Prince of Wales for having made the voyage pleasant and comfortable.

He also wishes them best of luck and the best of good comradeship and the chances of winning fame and honor.
