The seized cargo of rum, during prohibition, is loaded on a pulley and pulled up.
Presidential candidate, William D Upshaw addresses a meeting of National Prohibition Party in Indianapolis. Men sit in an auditorium with seats carrying high held designation flag-tags. Keynote address given by Mr. Howard. Other dignitaries of the party including Miss George Nye also address the meeting.
Seaplane Dornier Wal flies over water. It lands in water. Captain Wolfgang Von Gronau with others emerges out of the seaplane and wave at the crowd around the harbor. They arrive at the port and smiling wave at crowd. They are received by authorities.
