Military athletes headed to CISM International Military Games held in Munich, August 21-27, 1972 (before Olympic Summer Games.)

International Military Games under auspices of CISM (Conceil International Du Sports Militaire). View from a moving bus as it proceeds along an autobahn (highway) in Munich, Germany. About a dozen bluish colored flags are seen grouped in the space between the highway lanes. The view shifts to inside the bus, filled with military athletes in civilian clothes headed to the military olympics. The scenery outside is pleasant, with many green spaces and occasional housing units. The bus approaches a built-up area where another cluster of bluish flags is seen. The Olympiaturm (Olympic tower) marking the Olympiapark for the 1972 Olympic Summer Games, is seen out the bus window. (Note: those games will commence right after the CISM military games.)
